Getting Started: The Homescreen
Once you login, you will be presented with the Homescreen:
Your Customer ID
Quick Links
Under the Customer ID you will find a few links to help you quickly access the more commonly used areas of Teesom:
- 1.) You can use the Job Board to manage all your in-progress work orders
- 2.) Click on ‘New Order‘ to create a new quote
- 3.) Click on ‘New PO‘ to create a new Purchase Order
- 4.) You can view, manage and import or export your customers from the Customer List
- 5.) All the orders you have created will be listed on the Quotes and Invoice List
More Quick Links
In the top right corner you will find icon links for quick access to various production and management related functions:
- 1.) Shortcuts to the most commonly used production tools,
- 2.) The Notification Bell will let you know if there are any new notifications for you,
- 3.) The Main Menu for easily navigating around Teesom
- 4.) Access your personal and company profile from the User Icon
Homescreen: Top Section
- Subscription: The subscription box is where you will view and manage your subscription to Teesom
- Getting Started: The getting started box is where we put a checklist of articles for you to go through to start learning Teesom
- Tips, Tricks & Tutorials: The tips, tricks & tutorials box is where we will periodically put one or two links to articles that talk about certain topics
Homescreen: Middle Section
- Setup and Training: The setup and training box is where you can book your training sessions, or click the link to go through our new user tutorial
- Help Documentation and Support: The help documentation and support box, you can find two buttons:
- Documentation: this will take you to our help articles
- New Ticket: Click this if you are in need of support and would like to submit a ticket to our support staff
- News: This is where we will post any news about bug fixes updates etc,
Videos
There are many helpful tutorials and “How To” videos on our youtube channel you can access these by clicking on either the “Visit Our Youtube Channel” link, or by clicking on any of the “Playlist” buttons.
The “Setup” button will take you to the company setup screen.
Live Support
For urgent issues or quick questions, you can access Live Support through the chat widget in the lower left corner of the app window.

You can click on the “Teesom” logo at the upper left to go to the Job Board:
Next we will take a look at the minimum required setup, and from there we’ll dive right into the order creation & production workflow, ie: we’ll go over the process of creating an order and all the way through to completing it.
We’ll do that using just the default / sample setup that is already in place and available for you to use or test with.
