How To Sync Customers And Suppliers In QuickBooks Online

In Teesom you are able to sync Customers and Suppliers between Teesom and QuickBooks Online.

In this article we will go through how you can do just that.

Sync Your Customers

To sync your customers in Teesom and QuickBooks first you must go to the ‘QuickBooks Online Integration‘ page. You can access this via the Main Menu:

  1. Go to the “Sync” tab.
  2. Expand “Customers“.
  3. You can filter your customers by ‘Synced’ or ‘Not Synced’. You can also search for a specific customer by typing their name into the search box.
  1. Click on “Link” next to the customer you want to sync.

A pop up will appear:

  1. If the customer does not exist in QB, you can click on “Create In QB” to create the customer in QB.
  2. You can search for a matching customer in QB by typing the name into the search field.
  3. Click “Save” to finish the sync.

Once your customer has been synced you can then edit or unlink them from the integrator:

When you click edit you can:

  1. Update QB: Reflect updates, to the customer, made in Teesom on QB Online.
  2. Update Teesom: Reflect updates, to the customer, made in QB on Teesom.

Sync Your Suppliers

To sync your suppliers in Teesom and QB:

  1. Go to the “Sync” tab.
  2. Expand “Suppliers“.
  3. You can filter your suppliers by ‘Synced’ or ‘Not Synced’. You can also search for a specific supplier by typing their name into the search box.
  1. Click on “Link” next to the supplier you want to sync:

A pop up will appear:

  1. If the supplier does not exist in QB, you can click on “Create In QB” to create the supplier in QB.
  2. You can search for a matching supplier in QB by typing in the name into the search field.
  3. Click “Save” to finish the sync.

After you have synced your supplier you can edit or unlink them from the integrator:
