How To Setup A Imprint Price Matrix For Contract Printing

In this article we will show you how to create an imprint price matrix.

To create a new outsourced imprint price matrix:

On the “Price Lists” screen:

Then fill in the required fields

To make the price matrix outsourced:

Go to the “General Tab”
Click on the “Outsource” dropdown and select the supplier
Click on the drop down arrow next to”Save” and select “Edit Cost” to setup your Cost pricing

When creating an outsourced price matrix it will use the "Cost" price table

When you add an imprint to an order using the price matrix you created it will be treated as a regular imprint.

You can edit the imprint by clicking on the pencil icon

Since our imprint is using an outsourced price matrix when you create a PO the imprint will be treated as its own product.

you can view what order and job it is apart of by clicking on the dropdown.
