If you have an account with Square Payments, you can link it to your Teesom Company to provide integrated, online payments.
Make sure that you have completed your Square account setup, including the verification, and that you have linked your bank account before integrating with Teesom.
Connect to Square
In Teesom, from the “Main Menu” go to “Settings” then select “Company Setup“
On the “Integration” tab expand: “Payment Gateway Setup”
Next to “Square” click “Connect“
Square’s website will open in a new tab,
Sign into your Square account to authorize Teesom.
Also remember to specify the “Default Gateway” to use:
Link the gateway to a Payment Method
Next you need to assign Square to a “Payment Method” in order to make it available to your customers:
Under Company Setup, go to the “Lists” tab and expand ‘Payment Methods‘,
Click on “Edit” next to the payment method you want to link to Square
Check the box: “Bank Card?“
Select Square as the gateway
Make sure that this payment method is “Available to Customers“
Click “Save“
Ensure that the option to pay online is available to your customers:
You can also select whether Online Payments will be “enabled by default” for any new orders and newly created customers:
Go to the “Setup” tab and expand “Payments And Refunds“
Toggle the option: “Enable online card payment option by default” to ON (or “Off”, if you prefer)
NoteTurning this option ON or OFF will not change existing orders.
To enable (or disable) the "Online Payment" option on any current orders, click on the (i) icon on the order and go to 'Preferences':
