Only the "Company Admin" can change notifications for other users, As a "Regular User" you can only change your own
Internal notifications are notifications of the happenings within Teesom itself so when a customer confirms a quote or when a User changes the status on an order.
In this article we will go through all the “Internal” notifications and how you can enable and disable them.
Teesom's Internal Notifications
The Notification area is the bell shaped icon that will typically have a red number in the upper right hand corner . The red number represents how many new notifications came in since the last time you clicked to view
You can view and edit your "Internal" notifications from your User Profile, You can access your user profile by clicking on your PFP at the top right then clicking on your Username
There are two ways you will be able to choose to be notified by, Internal and/or Email:
Internal: The internal notification option notifies you in Teesom, you will find these notifications by clicking on the Bell Icon at the top right of Teesom
Email: The email notification options notifies you via your email address.
You will find that similar types of notifications are grouped together in separate tabs:
Daily
The daily section notifications for the daily happenings in Teesom, ex: quotes expiring soon, production approval is going to be late, etc
General Order Updates
This section contains notifications about general changes or updates that happen on orders, for now the only notifications there are for when a sales rep is changed,
Quotes
The Quotes section contains notifications for whenever something happens on a quote, ex: customer confirms the quote, the quote stage has been changed, etc
Payments & Refunds
The payments & refunds section contains notifications for: when a new payment is received, a refund is processed, etc.
Approvals
The approval section contains notifications relating to production approval requests.
Invoices
The invoices section contains notifications for whenever something happens on an invoice, ex: invoice stage has been changed, invoice has been paid, etc:
Purchase Orders
There are only two notifications currently available for PO’s: When the supplier changes something, and when the supplier views the PO for the first time.
Customer Portal
:The customer portal section contains notifications for the happenings within the customer portal, ex: a re-order request is sent, a quote request is sent, etc.
