Customer Converts to invoice
When you send a quote to your customer, once they click on “Place Order” the quote will automatically change to a WIP invoice
Manually Converting To An Invoice
To manually convert a quote to an invoice go to the hamburger menu and select “convert to invoice“.
Enter the required information and then click on “”Pay“
If “Notify Customer” is checked an email will be sent to the customer
If “Take Payment Later” is checked you will have to manually take the payment later
