To start expand “Live Chat (3rd Party), on the “Integration” tab
To enable the integration with your 3rd party live chat application, copy and paste the live chat applications script into the, field
After pasting in your live chat applications script, you can toggle on and off where you want it to be active, by clicking on the respective dropdowns:
