The Production Calendar

The production calendar is where you will organize and keep track of your orders production dates. You are able to change the production dates, view order details, and various other things.

In this article we will go over all the things you can do from and on the calendar.

Using The Production Calendar

To open the calendar:

  1. Click on the “Shortcuts” icon.
  2. Select “Calendar“.

On the production calendar you are able to:

  1. Set it show show orders for the month or week.
  2. Set the calendar to automatically refresh. When this is on the calendar will refresh whenever a relevant change is made on Teesom that would effect it.
  3. Use a variety of filtering options.
  4. Manually refresh the calendar.
  5. Click on the order to view extra information on it. You can also drag the order to change the production date. (you can not place order behind the current date)
  6. Click on either of the “<”  “>” symbols to navigate between different months.

You can move orders from month to month by dragging and dropping them onto the date you want.

You will notice three different icons next to the orders on the calendar:

  1. The alert icon is shown when the order is past the production due date.
  2. The numbered purple box shows you how many orders are on that day.
  3. The colored circle represents the orders status:
    1. Red: Goods and Art aren’t ready.
    2. Blue: Art is approved but no goods are in.
    3. Green: The order is ready to start production.

View and Edit Order Details

You can click on the date to expand it to view a list of the orders assigned to that date.

To view the details of the order and further the production process:

  • Click on the order to open the detail screen.

On the detail screen you can see a list of the goods on the order and the quantities as well as:

  1. View the production due date. (when production should finish)
  2. Interact with the production circles. You can click on any of them to open their respective screens. They function the same way they would on the job board or the order itself.
  3. From the action menu you are able to create POs, send the invoice, open the order, take payments, as well as various other options.

Whenever there is a change with the orders status or their production dates the calendar will require a refresh.

If the “Auto Refresh” box is checked you won’t have to manually refresh the calendar.
