Finding The Tasks Board

To get to the Tasks Board click on the “Main Menu” then select “Tasks“

Tasks Board

On the Tasks Board you can go through and view and edit a variety of Tasks that are Currently on going in Teesom

Sales Tab

On the Sales Tab you will be able to view a list of orders in different stages

• 1.) Quotes-Follow up: List of quotes in need of follow up
• 3.) New Orders: List of new orders
• 5.) Awaiting Deposit: List of orders waiting for deposit

• 2.) Rejected Quotes: List of quotes that have been rejected
• 4.) After Sales Follow Up: List of orders in need of after sales follow up
• 6.) Amount of orders in the section

Production Tab

The Production Tab is where you will see a list of orders in different stages of production

• 1.) New Orders: List of new orders
• 3.) Past Due: List of orders that are past their due date
• 5.) Not Good to Go (Due Soon): List of orders that are incomplete but are due soon

• 2.) All WIP: List of work in progress invoices
• 4.) Good To Go: List of orders that are good to go for production
• 6.) Awaiting Deposit
• 7.) Amount of orders in each section

Art

The Art Tab is where you will be able to see a list of your art in different stages

• 1.) Art WIP: List of art in progress
• 3.) New Art: List of new art
• 5.) Waiting for Approval: List of art waiting for approval
• 7.) No Order Related Art: List of art not related to any orders

• 2.) Rejected Approvals: List of art that approvals where rejected
• 4.) Send for Approval: List of art ready to be sent for approval
• 6.) Recently Approved: List of art that has been approved recently
• 8.) Number of artwork in each section

Goods

The Goods Tab will show you a list of goods in different stages

• 1.) Order These Goods: List of goods that need to be ordered
• 3.)PO's that need to be sent: List of purchase orders that need to be sent
• 5.) Customer Goods Due: List of customer goods that are due

• 2.) Goods that need to come in: List of goods that need to be received
• 4.) Goods that will be late: List of goods that will arrive late
• 6.) Number of Goods in each section

Ship/Pickup

The Ship/Pickup Tab shows you a list of goods ready for ship/pickup

• 1.) Goods Ready To Be shipped (Completed orders): List of goods ready to be shipped once the order is complete
• 3.) Recently Shipped: List of goods recently shipped out
• 5.) Amount of goods in each section

• 2.) ZGoods Ready To Be picked up (Completed orders): List of goods ready to be picked up once the order is complete
• 4.) Recently Picked Up: List of goods recently picked upz

Money

The Money Tab is where you will see a list of orders that are awaiting deposit and customers with open balance

• 1.) Awaiting Deposit: List of orders awaiting a deposit
• 2.) Customers with Open Balance: List of customers with an open balance
• 3.) Amount of orders/customers in each section
