Vendor Integration: Pricing Options
Integrated Vendors: Special Pricing (options)
These special pricing options only affect Quotes & Sales Orders.
Purchase Orders will always default to the lowest available cost for the item.
Each vendor that Teesom integrates with provides different ways of accessing the cost prices that your account with them qualifies for.
The specifics for each vendor are discussed below.
AlphaBroder
To access the pricing options for AlphaBroder, go to Vendor Integration under Company Setup and expand the “AlphaBroder” section, then go to the “Pricing” tab:
AlphaBroder always publishes the *lowest* available price.
If “Override cost price Default to use on Order when a Sale price is available” is checked, Teesom will check if there is a promotional price available, and use that if it is lower than “My Price”.
If “Override cost price Default to use on Order when a Sale price is available” is NOT checked, then Teesom will always use “My Price” (that is: the lowest price your account qualifies for on the given item).
SanMar
To access the pricing options for SanMar, go to Vendor Integration under Company Setup and expand the “SanMar” section, then go to the “Pricing” tab:
On the pricing tab there are two options, “Order Cost Price to use” and “Override cost price Default to use on Order when a Sale price is available”
1.) Order Cost Price to use: Default cost price to display on new quotes.
2.) If “Override cost price Default to use on Order when a Sale price is available” is not checked, Teesom will use the “Order cost price to use” you set.
S&S Activewear
To access the pricing options for S&S, go to Vendor Integration under Company Setup and expand the “S&S Activewear” section, then go to the “Pricing” tab:
1.) Order Cost Price to use: Default cost price to display on new quotes.
2.) If “Override cost price Default to use on Order when a Sale price is available” is not checked, Teesom will use the “Order cost price to use” you set.
