How To See What Imprint Is Being Applied To A Product
In this article we will explain the color meanings behind the squares representing which imprints are going onto what products, and How you can tell which products are getting imprints when you print out a work order.
On an order you will see a colored square either: Green, Orange, or Red. With the words: All, Some, or None.
These represent what imprints the product will be getting:
- All: This product will be getting all the imprints on the order applied to it
- Some: The product will only be getting some of the imprints on the order applied to it
- None: The product will not be getting any imprints applied to it
You can see what imprints are going onto what products when you print out the work order:
- Click on the hamburger menu
- select “Print Work Order“
On the work order you can see the total QTY of imprints being applied as well as the products receiving the imprint:
