In this article we will be going through the process of checking stock and products pricing.
Note that these features only function fully with integrated vendor items as we can only fetch the latest data from integrated vendors.
Check Stock
To check supplier stock of items, on an order:
Click on the hamburger menu.
Select “Check Stock“.
The stock will then appear in a green box under the quantity of the item.
This can help you to verify availability of the goods before you send the quote to your customer.
Item Pricing
With integrated vendors Teesom is able to check your cost on an item prior to purchasing.
This can be helpful when you're deciding who to buy from!
Get Latest Cost from the Order
To get the latest cost of items on the invoice/quote:
Click on the hamburger menu.
Select “Get Latest Cost“.
If any costs were not up to date then the retail pricing will adjust when they are updated. (Provided that the retail pricing is being marked up based on cost and not entered manually.)
You can check item costs by:
Clicking on the pencil icon.
You can then see the cost of the item.
Checking Costs from the PO Wizard
To check/verify the cost of the item on the PO wizard:
Click on the hamburger menu on the order.
Select “Create PO“.
You can then see cost of items that will be reflected on the PO when it is created.
Checking Costs on the Purchase Order
To check the cost of the products on the PO:
Click on the hamburger menu.
Select “Check Price“.
You can then see the price on the product list section of the PO.
