These Popup Notes will not appear for the Customer only the Teesom User will be able to see them Add A Pop Up Customer Note You can add a Pop up Customer Note to the Order by:Clicking on the “Chatbox” Icon next to the Customer Name: From there you will then:Enter the NoteToggle wether or not it will pop up on the User’s first Order viewing of the Day by checking the box.Click “Save” to add it After the Customer Note has been added the “White Chatbox” icon will now be Red.
