Customer Notes

In Teesom you have the option of adding “Pop” up notes for a Customer you have on an Order.

For example if you have a Customer that has a Special Order and you need a way of letting everyone on your Team know you can add it as a pop up note.

Add A Pop Up Customer Note

You can add a Pop up Customer Note to the Order by:

  1. Clicking on the “Chatbox” Icon next to the Customer Name:

From there you will then:

  1. Enter the Note
  2. Toggle wether or not it will pop up on the User’s first Order viewing of the Day by checking the box.
  3. Click “Save” to add it

After the Customer Note has been added the “White Chatbox” icon will now be Red. The “Red Chatbox” indicating that there is a Customer Note.
