How To Add Notes On An Order

Teesom's Messaging System

Teesom’s Internal Messaging system is a great way for you to add notes to Orders allowing you to smoothly communicate with other departments or with the Customer themselves.

In this article we will show you Teesom’s Messaging system.

Access the Message Board

There are two areas in Teesom where you can open the Message Board from.

The first is on the Order itself:

  1. Click on the “Chat Bubble” next to the “Send” button.

The second area you can open it from is the Job Board.

On the Job Board:

  1. Click on the “Chat Bubble” on the right hand side under the “3 Dot” menu.

On the Message Board:

  1. You can see the different chat rooms for the Order itself, and if you have any Artwork on the Order you can access the messages for those as well.
  2. Attach extra Files or Images needed for the Order or Artwork and send them with a message.
  3. You can Choose between a “Private Note” or “Message”:
    1. Private Note: It will be hidden from your Customer. If you have selected “Private Note” then only you and the other Users of Teesom will be able to see the Note.
    2. Message: If you have “Message” selected then the Note will be public and the Customer will be able to see it.

After entering your message and attaching any extra files you can then click on “Send” to post the message.

To notify the customer contact of the message via email:

  • Toggle the “Mail” icon on before sending the message. (It is blue when toggled on.)

You can also change the order stage upon sending a message by selecting the stage from the dropdown menu:
