In this article we will show you the process your customer will go through when using a saved card to pay.
In order to pay with a saved card the Customer must be logged into the Customer Portal.
When a customer pays with a saved card, Teesom will send them an OTP (One Time Pin) that they must enter in order to verify the transaction.
Customer Views The Invoice
When your customer opens the invoice to view it they will click on “Pay Balance” once they are satisfied with the invoice details.
Customer Selects A Payment Method
After clicking on “Pay Balance” your customer will now select the Payment Method and then the Saved Card to use:
Security Verification
When using a saved card, Teesom adds an extra layer of security to prevent unauthorized use of that card.
This is in the form of a One-Time-Pin that will be sent to the email or cell number that your customer can select from the available options in the drop-down.
After your customer has selected the card to use, they will now select the Email or Phone Number that the OTP will be sent to.
Click “Send”.
Enter the Verification Code they received.
Click “Pay (Amount)”.
You can edit the default contact for your customer from the customer screen.
