NOTE:Strictly speaking - Teesom cannot take responsibility for the actual *delivery* of an email. All it can do is send the email message to the Outgoing Server, from there it is no longer under Teesoms control. However, below we offer some tips to help you troubleshoot why your email is not being delivered, or why it might be ending up in the Junk folder.
Step 1: Run a Test
Head over to Mail-Tester.com and copy the email address they generate for you.
NOTE:Mail-Tester.com only allows 3 free tests per day. If you need to do more, sign up for a Pro Account.
Go to Teesom and open any order. Send that order by email to the address you just copied:
NOTE:Make sure to remove any other email addresses - when you send a test email to Mail-Tester, they cannot be a CC and there can be no other recipients listed.
Now go back to Mail-Tester and click on Check your score:
Step 2: Analyzing the Results
Expand each of the indicated sections to see detailed information about anything that might be affecting your overall spam score:
Step 3: Getting Assistance
Copy the link to the report from your browser’s address bar and share it with whomever is responsible for your Mail Server.
You can also ask us for help through the Live Support facility in Teesom – just remember to have that address/link on hand – share it with our Support Staff so that we can analyze it and offer our thoughts or assistance.
