How To Troubleshoot Email Deliverability Issues

Step 1: Run a Test

Head over to Mail-Tester.com and copy the email address they generate for you.

Go to Teesom and open any order. Send that order by email to the address you just copied:

Now go back to Mail-Tester and click on Check your score:

Step 2: Analyzing the Results

Expand each of the indicated sections to see detailed information about anything that might be affecting your overall spam score:

Step 3: Getting Assistance

Copy the link to the report from your browser’s address bar and share it with whomever is responsible for your Mail Server.

You can also ask us for help through the Live Support facility in Teesom – just remember to have that address/link on hand – share it with our Support Staff so that we can analyze it and offer our thoughts or assistance.
