How To Delete/Void An Order
In Teesom you are able to delete/void your orders. You are only able to “Delete” quotes and “Void” invoices.
In this article we will show you how to do both.
How To Delete A Quote
To delete a quote:
- Go to the “Main Menu” select “Quotes and Invoices”
- Click on “Action”
- Select “Delete”
How To Void An Invoice
To void an invoice or cancel an order, open it then click on the dropdown next to where it says invoice at the upper left and select “Voided“. Then give a reason for the void and click “Save“
