How to Recover/Undelete an Order

In this article we will go through the process of recovering deleted quotes and voided invoices. Remember, in Teesom, you can delete quotes but can only void invoices.

Undelete a Quote

Check out this quick video walkthrough on how to undelete a quote:

First open the Main Menu and click on “Quotes & Invoices”:

Now on the “Order List” select the filter icon:

On the Filter Options click the “Show Only Deleted Records” dropdown arrow, select “On” and then click apply:

Now you can search for and find the relevant deleted quote.

Once you have found it, click the “3 Dot” menu and select “Undelete”:

Done! The quote has been recovered and can now be worked on.

Unvoid an Invoice

Check out this quick video walkthrough on how to recover an invoice:

First open the Main Menu and click on “Quotes & Invoices”:

Now on the “Order List” select the filter icon:

On the Filter Options click the “Show Only Voided Records” dropdown arrow, select “On” and then click apply:

Now you can search for and find the relevant voided invoice.

Once you have found the invoice click on the order number to open the invoice:

Now with the Invoice open click the Order Status dropdown and select a WIP to unvoid the invoice:

Done! The Invoice has been recovered and can now be worked on.
