How To Void A Goods Received Voucher
You can void a Goods Received Voucher (GRV) from the hamburger menu on the GRV screen. To get to a GRV:
- Go to the “Main Menu” then select “Purchase Orders“.
- Open the PO by clicking on its number.
- Go to the “Received Goods” tab and open the GRV.
- Click on the “Hamburger Menu” then select ‘Void GRV’.
After you have voided the GRV the goods will no longer be marked as received and the goods in circle will no longer be green. It will revert back to blue, with the percentage being changed to reflect the change as well.
