Finding The Imprint Analysis Report
TO find the “Imprint Analysis” report, go to the “Main Menu” -> “Reports” then select “Imprint Analysis“
The Imprint Analysis Report Breakdown
Here we will breakdown the “Imprint Analysis” report and explain it indepth.
To start on the “Imprint Analysis” screen, click on “Submit“
Imprints Analysis Chart
The Imprint Analysis chart is a simplified breakdown of the report showing you information in a condensed format:
- You can toggle the chart on and off
- The meaning of the two colors shown on the chart: Value shows the prices of the imprints, Qty shows the Qty of imprints
- On the right hand side of the chart you will see your value totals
- At the bottom of the chart you will see the different types of imprints on the chart and their total value
Imprint Analysis Column Field
The Imprint Analysis Column Field is use for a more detailed break down of your imprints.
- The “Price List” column shows which price matrix was used
- The “Qty” column shows the amount of imprints that used that price matrix
- The “Value” column shows the combined value for all the imprints that used that price matrix
- At the bottom of each breakdown you can see the combined total value and qty for each price matrix
