How Teesom integrates with AlphaBroder

Getting Started

The “Getting Started” tab will give you a summary of what to do.

You might need to send a request to Alpha to have them turn on "API Access" for your account.

Setup

In the “Setup” tab check the “Turn Integration ON” square, then enter:

Your AlphaBroder account number.
Your login (not your email address.)
Your AlphaBroder password.
Select the default supplier.

Click “Save” when you are done.

NOTE: You will not use your email address as your "Login" in Teesom. You must use the "Login" shown in your AlphaBroder account profile:

Pricing

In the “Pricing” tab you will have the option to override the cost price default. This means that if the product is on sale on the vendors side Teesom will use the “Sale Price” of the item instead of its default standard price.

AlphaBroder always publishes the *lowest* available price, this includes the Sale price of an item as Teesom will see that as the *lowest* price.

Warehouses

On the “Warehouses” tab you can choose which of the suppliers warehouses are bad, meh, or good, for you. For example; you might set warehouses that take 1 day to ship as “Good”, warehouses that take 2 days to ship as “Meh” and warehouses that take 3 days or longer as bad.
