Gravity Payments Setup
Once you have subscribed to both Teesom and Gravity Payments you may now begin the setup process in Teesom. You will schedule a session with a Gravity Payments rep who will then assist you with the first part of the setup.
The process they will take you through is:
Go to the “Main Menu“
Click on “Settings“
Select “Company Setup“
The GP rep will assist you with filling in the information for the setup:
Click on “Payment Gateway Setup“
Select “Setup“
Enable Integration
Enter the information the GP rep provides
Click “Save“
If you have also requested a device terminal, they will assist you with the setup of that as well.

Continue The Setup On Your Own
Now that your Gravity Payments (aka ChargeItPro) setup is complete, there are a few other things you need to do as well:
Set it as the default payment gateway
Make it available to customers and allow bank cards:
Click on “Edit“
Check the boxes “Bank Card” and “Available to Customer”
Click “Save“
You Will Not Be Able To Send Payment Links If You Are In Demo Mode
You can enable online payment options on by default by:
Going to “Setup”
Select “Payments And Refunds”
Turn “enable online (card) payments by default” on
You can also manually enable/disable online payments for customers and orders
