Live Chat on Production Approval

Add Live Chat To Your Production Approvals

You can now embed a Live Chat facility for your customers into the Artwork Approval form in Teesom!

This will allow your customers to chat with you in real time should they have any questions about the approval (before they submit it to you).

Here’s how:

First, sign up for a Live Chat service with any provider of your choice. The following are just a few of the many options available:

NOTE
Teesom may be able to offer certain advanced features, depending on whether the chat service you select supports them.

Next, in the Administration Dashboard of the chat service website, find the snippet of “Javascript” that is supplied (the below examples are from Tawk.to and Freshchat.com)

Copy and paste that bit of code into the area provided in Teesom under:

Settings -> Company Setup -> Art -> “Art Approval Live Chat JS Include”

Then toggle the Live Chat option to ON

Done!

Now, when you send your customer a Production Approval, there will be a Live Chat facility for them there.

However, please note that someone will have to be logged into the backend/dashboard of the Chat Service provider to accept and respond to any incoming chat requests.

Also note that the chat service may offer various levels of customization or other options, refer to their help documentation for details.
