Setup Your Google Drive

Linking Your Google Account

To link your google account go to the “Main Menu” -> “Company Settings“:

  1. Click on the “Integration” tab.
  2. Expand “Cloud Drive Integration”.

Click connect:

The google sign in screen will open up in a new tab.

Enter the google account information then click on “Allow” to give Teesom access to your Google Drive:

Google drive is now connected!

When you first upload a file a folder called Teesom will be automatically created in your cloud drive, as well as a sub folder named after your company:

Under your company folder you will find a subfolder named after your customer:

Under your customer’s folder you will find subfolders named for each of the design numbers that have uploaded files:

To share the folder right click on it and select the “Share” option:

Enter the emails of the people you want to share the folder with then click on “Done“:
