In this article we will be giving your a brief overview of all the things you can do in the quickbooks desktop integrator.
The Quckbooks Desktop Integrator
The desktop integrator is where you will do all your, exporting, importing, and syncing. Open the integrator by double clicking the desktop icon on your desktop named “QB Teesom”
When you open the integrator you will notice a few drop down menus at the top, we will describe what each of them are for:
Export
The “Export” dropdown is where you will, export all your:
- Invoices
- Payments
- Purchase Orders
Sync
The “Sync” dropdown is where you will link up your customers and suppliers
Setup
“Setup” is where you will set up all your taxes, terms, groups etc
Preferences
“Preferences” is where you wil lset up your preferences for when you export your:
- Invoices
- Payments
- Purchase Orders
