Customer Portal: Admin User

Main Contact / Admin User

The first thing your customer will see upon logging in is:

  1. Your company logo.
  2. Their company contact info and the primary contact/admin user.
  3. Their Outstanding Balance.
  4. Their Available credit.
  5. The Total Amount They Owe.
  6. The customer can also request a quote be made.
  7. Pay the current outstanding balance.

Orders

The orders tab is where your customer will be able to see what work in progress orders there are, as well as be able to pay them:

  1. Filter the orders by their status.
  2. Filter by user.
  3. Sort orders by due date.
  4. Search for a specific order via its number.
  5. Filter orders by date range.
  6. Total number of orders.
  7. Click to pay the balance on the order.

Quotes

The “Quotes” tab is where the customer will manage and view all active quotes as well as all quotes that have expired in Teesom:

  1. Filter quotes by status.
  2. Filter quotes by the contact for the quote.
  3. Search for specific quote using its number.
  4. Filter quotes in a certain date range.
  5. Total number of quotes currently active.

Transactions

The “Transaction” tab is where the customer will view and manage their transactions in Teesom:

  1. Select which transaction type to filter by.
  2. Search for a transaction on a specific order by searching for the order number.
  3. Filter orders between a specific date range.
  4. Total amount of transactions.

Artwork

The “Artwork” tab is where the customer will be able to manage and view all their artwork in Teesom:

  1. Filter by the imprint type.
  2. Search for a specific artwork via its design number.
  3. Sort artwork by the last date it was used or by the date it was created.
  4. Filter artwork between a certain date range.
  5. Total amount of artwork currently in Teesom.

Cards On File

The “Cards On File” tab is where the customer will be able to view and manage all the cards on file.

The admin user, and users they give access, will be able to:

  1. Deactivate cards.
  2. View the transaction history of cards.
  3. Delete cards.

Users

The “Users” tab is where the admin user/primary contact can view and manage all the contacts. Any user with permissions can invite new contacts.

The admin user has the ability to change the access level of other users, allowing or disallowing access to:

  1. The artwork tab.
  2. View and edit cards on file.
  3. Change their own info.
  4. The orders and quotes tab.
