NOTE: this is not about importing customers. For importing customers, please Click Here
To sync up your customers go to the desktop integrator and click on “Sync” then select “Customers“
1.) Click on the drop down arrow and select which option to search by
2.) You can enter the name of a specific customer
3.) Click on “search” to bring up a list of customers based on your search options
1.) Double click on the customer name
2.) Click on “Send” to sync up the customer in Teesom and QB
3.) You can enter the name of an already existing quickbooks entity to link the customer to.
After clicking on “Send” double click on the customer again then click on “Update QuickBooks“
Back in quickbooks desktop click on “Customers“, then select “Customer Center“. On this screen you will see all your customers that you have linked between Teesom and QB
Syncing and Sending Suppliers
IN the integrator click on “Sync” then select “Suppliers“
1.) Click on the dropdown to select what to search by
2.) You can enter the name of the supplier you want to search for, When you are done click on “Search“
After linking the supplier, open the “Teesom Entity: screen again then click on “Update QuickBooks” to sync up the information in Teesom and QuickBooks
