How Teesom Integrates With SanMar

Getting Started

The “Getting Started” tab will give you a summary of what to do.

When shipping using SanMar the PSST (Pack Separately, Sold Together) - "ship to us address" must match 100% with what SanMar has on file.
Ensure the desired ship address on Teesom is the same as on SanMar.

In order to integrate with SanMar you need to send an email to them requesting Real Time Integration, SanMar will send you an agreement that you will need to sign. The entire process can take up to 3 business days.

Setup

On the “Setup” tab:

Check the box “Turn Integration On” to enable integration.
Enter your account number.
SanMar username.
SanMar password.
Select a supplier. Then click “Save“.

Your SanMar username cannot have a space in it because their EDI API does not allow it. If you have setup your username with a space in it already:

Pricing

On the “Pricing” tab you can select:

Which default cost price to use when using items from this vendor.
The option to override the cost price default means that if the product is on sale on the vendors side Teesom will use the “Sale Price” of the item instead of its default cost price.

If you have selected "My Price" as your preferred pricing to use then Teesom will use the lowest cost price you qualify for - This Includes the "SALE" price so if there is a sale going on for an item Teesom will pull that price as it would at that point be considered the lowest price.

NOTE: These options only affect new order entries / Quotes.

Warehouses

On the “Warehouses” tab you can choose which of the suppliers warehouses are bad, meh, or good for you.

Purchasing

On the “Purchasing” tab you can setup the defaults for your Purchase Orders for this vendor.

SanMar's LPN System

Sanmars new LPN system will allow you to check in goods using a warehouse LPN ( License Plate Number ).

When you go to receive goods from SanMar, enter the LPN in the “Pack Slip” field and then click the green “Check In” button, this will mark all the goods as received and check them in.

If you own a USB code scanner you can scan the LPN on your package while your cursor is in the "Pack Slip" field and it should auto fill, alternatively you can enter it manually.
