How Teesom Integrates With S&S Activewear
Getting Started
The first thing you will need to do is send an email to: “api@ssactivewear.com” to request an API Key for your account.
Once you have that API Key you can proceed with the setup below.
Setup
On the “Setup” tab:
- Check the “Turn Integration On” box.
- Enter your S&S Activewear account number.
- The email you use for S&S activewear.
- Your API key from S&S.
- Select a supplier. Click on “Save” when you are done.
Pricing
On the “Pricing” tab you can select:
- Which default cost price to use when using items from this vendor.
- The option to override the cost price default, means that if the product is on sale on the vendors side Teesom will use the “Sale Price” of the item instead of its default cost price.
Warehouses
On the warehouse tab you can choose which of the suppliers warehouses are bad, meh, or good for you.
Purchasing
On the “purchasing tab” you can setup the defaults for your Purchase Orders for this vendor
Payment Profile
You can configure S&S integration with the payment profile that is setup in your S&S account.
Your S&S activewear payment profile is automatically filled in once you turn integration on, using the information from your payment profile on S&S’ side. Teesom will use the same saved cards on file and terms that you have setup with S&S.
