Enable QuickBooks Online Integration

Connect To Quickbooks Online

Before you will be able to export to QuickBooks Online you will first have to connect in Teesom.

IMPORTANT: Before connecting to QuickBooks you should first have your Teesom Company Setup fully completed and matching your QuickBooks! i.e. Sales Tax Rates, Sales Categories, Payment Methods, and Terms setup exactly as they are in QuickBooks!

To connect your Teesom account to your QuickBooks Online:

Go to the “Main Menu“
Select “Company Settings“

Important: You must be logged into an "ADMIN" account in QuickBooks Online before clicking "Connect" in Teesom.

After completing your Company Setup in Teesom, on the “Company Setup” screen:

Click on the “Integration” tab.
Then expand “QuickBooks Integration“.
Make sure the “QuickBooks Integration Type” is set to “Online“.
Click “Connect“.

Quickbooks will open in your browser and prompt you for a company to connect to.

Select your company from the dropdown then click “Next“:

Double check the company you’re linking is correct, then click “Connect“:

You are now connected to QuickBooks online!

You can see what company is connected under “Quickbooks Integration” on the “Company Setup” screen.
