3-Tier Pricing / Rush Charges
Notice the colored bar on the left of the order, this indicates the urgency of the order. (Which is selected by your customer when they place the order, at which point the Quotation is converted to an Invoice.):
Green = Standard (due 10 days from the order date)
Blue = Express (due 5 days from the order date)
Red = Urgent (due 2 days from the order date)
Note that the above urgency levels and due dates are fully customizable under Company Settings -> Setup -> 3 Tier Pricing (Rush Charges).

You can click on either the Company name or the Contact name to get more details about either:
Click on either the ‘Due Date‘ or the ‘Production Date‘ to change them. Note the different colors:
Light Blue means not due for 2 or more days.
Dark Blue means due tomorrow.
Orange means due today.
Red means ‘Overdue‘.
Just below the dates you will see the ‘Work Order Stage‘ (or: ‘Production Stage‘). Click on it to move the order to the next stage of the production process:
The Invoice / Work order Stage is purely for internal tracking of work stages and does not notify or update the customer.
The Work Order Stages of your company in Teesom are also customizable. If you would like to change your company work order stages go to: Company Setup -> Lists -> Work Order Stages
Click on the three dots next to the order stage dropdown menu to see when the order stage was changed and by whom:
Order Production Circles
Next we have the status of the goods and artwork. These are important because you will not be able to approve the job for production until all the circles are GREEN:
Red means that no work has been done / recorded on Teesom.
Blue means that the customer, or the supplier in the case of goods, needs to take some action. Most likely they need to approve the job, or in the case of the supplier they must deliver and then you can “Receive Goods” on the relevant PO.
Purple means WE have to take some action, for example:
Around the “Goods Ordered” it could mean that the PO’s have been created but were not sent to the supplier.
Around the “Art” it could mean that we haven’t sent the artwork for approval yet.
Green means everything is ready.
TIPYou can hover your mouse over the circle to get a tooltip which will help in explaining the current status and you can click on the circles to see more detail.
The “3 Dot” menu provides quick access to order options, without having to open the order:
In many ways, the Job Board can be like the "hub" of your production cycle. Master it to improve the efficiency of your production process immeasurably!
