Order Markup: Customer Group

The "Profits" tab on the order will show you which Customer Group the customer on the order is in, and this in turn is the basis for all the other markup calculations on the order:

Product Markup Detail

The Product Markup Detail is a pop up for a specific product row, that tells you how Teesom is using the Markup Table assigned to the Customer Group that the customer on the order is a part of to calculate that product’s retail price.

Note: Access to this feature has to be enabled for your user group by your company admin

Enable View Markup Detail For A User Access Group

To enable “View Markup Detail” for a User Access group:

Go to the Main Menu -> “Users”
Select “User Access”

On the User Access Screen:

Select a User Access Group
Expand “Sales Order”
Enable “Order Product Markup Detail”

View Product Markup Detail On The Order

To View the Product Markup Detail on an Order:

Click on the three dots
Select “View Markup Detail”

That will bring up the Product Markup Detail which will explain how Teesom got that retail price:

NOTE: The contents of the Product Markup Detail popup will change if the retail price has been overridden

(ie: if the lock icon is RED: Teesom is not calculating retail because it has been manually entered)
