Imprints Pricing

In Teesom, when creating an order, we always first add a series of Blank Goods and then we add the Imprint that will go onto them. In this article we will discuss how you can go about creating your own pricelist for each type of imprinting, i.e:

Screen Printing
Embroidery
Direct To Garment (DTG)
Heat Pressing
Squared Pricing

Price Lists

Your imprints 'Price Lists' will consist of a number of "Imprint Price Items", for each of the different types of imprinting.

To Edit, view, and create Price Lists go to the “Main Menu” -> “Pricing & Product Settings” -> “Price Lists“

Here you can see the sample Imprints Pricing items that are provided with Teesom as well as any others that you have created.

Feel free to edit the samples or delete them.

NOTE There will always be one of each type of imprint that you will not be able to delete, because it represents a "Master Record" in the database. Simply edit and use (or edit the description and don't use) that one.

When you add a new or existing imprint to an order you will select the 'Imprint Type' and then you will see the pricelist for that imprint type. Now you can select the imprint pricing to use on the order:

Creating A New Imprint Price Item

To create a new Imprint Price click on the “+ New” button this will open the “New Price List” screen:

On the “Required” tab you can add in all the required information for this imprint price, as well as select the type of imprint:

When you select a certain "Service Type", the selections below it will change to accomodate the options available for that imprint type.

Service Code This is like an item code for this imprint price. Enter a shortened version of the description.
For example; A screen print with flash could have the code "SCR-FL".

On the General Tab you can choose the Item Tax, if it will be Outsourced or not, also if you want to link it to the products quantity and if it will be built into the Product.

Outsourcing

If you outsource this imprinting, Teesom will let you create a purchase order for it through the PO Wizard.

If this is selected Teesom will charge the same number of imprints that there are number of products on the job. Also see “Method Of Counting“.

When you are done adding the info click on “Save” to create the new Imprint Price.

After you have clicked on “Save” click on the “3 Dot” menu and select “Edit Retail” to enter your pricing:

NOTE You will only "Edit Cost" if the item is outsourced AND you have the actual cost information from your contract printer.
